LOH = Lid's Overall Height
FEH, (FBH)= Lid's Fitting Edge Height.
t = Lid's plate minimal thickness.
T = Lid's plate maximal thickness.

FOD = Frame's Overall Diameter (only for circular frames)
FETD, (OTD) = Frame's Exterior Top Diameter (for circular or rectangular frames, with circular top surface)

FOS = Frame's Overall Side (only for square and rectangular frames)
FETS, (OTS) = Frame's Exterior Top Side (for rectangular or circular frames with square top surface)

FOH = Frame's Overall Height
FRH, (FGH) = Frame's (fitting) Rabbet Height
FRTD, (FGTD) = Frame's (fitting) Rabbet Top Diameter
COD = Frame's Clear Opening Diameter (only for circular fit)
